Badges

Badges are issued to staff upon hire for the sole use by the employee to whom the badge is issued to. Badges not only identify staff as an employee at the Health Center(s) but also provide employees with access to their specified work area.

Lost or stolen badges need to be reported to your manager or Security immediately. Replacement badges may be obtained from the Badge Administrator during regular business hours. 

For the safety of all employees and our patients, do not badge anyone in that does not have a badge of their own; re-direct them to the front lobby entrance to Security for further assistance.
