The IT Help Desk is set up on all phones for one-touch dialing (extension 7346). If calling from outside the Health Center, dial (702) 892-7346. The IT Help Desk will qualify your issue and resolve it over the phone. If the issue requires further assistance, an IT ticket will be opened for the issue.

BY EMAIL

Email your request to ITHelpdesk@culinaryhealthfund.org You will receive a confirmation email and a ticket number after your request is received. At the time the ticket is closed, you will also receive a notification with a brief recap of the resolution of the issue.
